I believe the master cyclinder I have is off a Z1000 A1

I took My spare Z1000 rear master cyclinder apart but I have never seen a piston like the one that came out see picture has anybody come across this type before and are they available

Those engine bars were quite dangerous
a pal of mine nearly lost his leg after a car clipped the right engine bar and it struck his leg breaking it in several places
His injuries were so bad He never got back on a bike again ever
