1015 Barrels on Z1 Engine
Good Evening
Could some one tell me how much I need to remove from the crankcase mout and where when fitting 1015 barrels to an early crankcase
The engine is stripped and the barrels do slide on and into the mouths but are slightly askew and will not seat on the dowels correctly

I have Grimecas on my J and they're great, particularly for the price. But, if they come with pads don't use them as they're a different profile to any other aftermarket pads, so without making different brackets you're stuck with the Grimeca pads which are not so good. Whats the plan on show day ......what time do we have to be there ,,,do we need passes etc ? Passes will be sent out closer to the day if you are showing a bike or are one of the chosen few otherwise you pay like any other punter. I know the owner and although the bikes need a lot of work there is every rare spare for Z1Rs in that shed you can think of ........ not sure whats included in the auction but the guy has been collecting Z1R s for years and hes a very nice fella

I have for sale a nice set of 1075 pistons which have only done maybe 50 miles I removed the barrels and pistons from my Z1B and replaced with 903cc barrels for originality I have had the piston rings in a bore and they gap correctly but you may wish to change them ......your choice £150 plus post o...
