whilst tightening the cam caps you need to keep some pressure on the chain between the inlet + exhaust sprockets to prevent the chain from moving on the sprockets keep the tension there until you have fitted the cam chain tensioner + rotated the crank one revolution

you can try lead loading if you want to do the job yourself but you must make sure the tank is completely cleaned + de gassed. to de gas clean it first then run a piece of hose from your car exhaust into the filler cap of you bike tank leave it running for about 15 minutes this should neutralise all...

they are a push fit. i would try taping a small torx screw driver bit into what is left of the tube then heat around the tube with a heat gun. then twist it gently until it comes out.

hi mark i usually gently lever up the edge of the tab washer with a wood chisel then use a pair of adjustable pipe wrenches to secure the washer against the nut
