They might have been sold to you as Z650 but they are way longer than stock 650. Originals are 330mm eye center to eye center.

I would either use rear shock absorber rubbers or cut a bit of thick walled suitable fuel pipe. Shock rubbers are available on ebay, fuel pipe is available, well, everywhere.

Let me dig it out and make 100% it's what your after. They all work the same but for some unknown reason some are slightly diffent sizes.

What do you have on the frame? Just a hinge presumably. If correct then the opposing bracket has a slot with a notch in it so that as you open the seat part 23 slides along the slot then clicks into the notch. To close it you need to unclick it from the notch and hinge the seat closed so part 23 sli...

Opposite way around on 650's. Pivot on the seat and slide bracket on the frame.

Yep, connect to the pressure switch on the front brake splitter.
