Nothing genuine for a z1r is cheap, I would expect to pay 800 to 1100 for a top condition pipe set, the Italian set has been on the market for a while, start negotiating with the seller see if he budges , I got a nos set of pipes for my 250, even rarer than a z1r for £380 , seller wanted €800 to ...

Speedo crimp ring

Anyone know where I can get the silver crimp rings for the clocks on a z1000, at a price that is better than buying a new clock? Thanks

Z1000a1 rear light

Can some wise man ( well it is xmas) inform me where the three bullet connectors on the rear tail light join, ie behind the light itself or under the chrome mud guard? Merry Christmas to you all, none of that happy holiday shite.

Cheers Paul, the spokes are 184mm as supplied, but the guy says they should be 187mm, he thinks they are not threading deep enough, not sure which way to go, the rear has plated spokes, stainless on the front would look odd I think.

Spokes

Has anyone had problems with spokes to fit the front wheel on a z1000a1, the reason I ask is because the spoke set I bought from Z P., the guy who is setting the spokes up said the spokes are 3 - 4mm short! I am sure the front wheel is the original one, the spokes are the same on the z650, all the 1...
