Mick,
They are much cheaper from electrex, but dont come with a plug fitted. It is quite easy to use the green plug from your old regulator, (solder & heat shrink) then fit bullit conectors on the other two cables (battery & earth).

I have ordered a new generator/stator & combined regulator/rectifier from Electrex. £126.70 inc VAT & delivery, should be here tomorrow. :D

Rob, you don't say how much your frame is built up. If it's still the frame on it's own then the easiest way by far is to lay the engine on it's side & lower the frame around the engine, bolt it together then roll the whole lot back upright....... easy!
