The info I have (please correct it if it is wrong at all, just quoting someone who did it using a 'Busa swingarm and wheel); Chain drive gearbox output shaft Sprocket back plate Sprocket cover and cable clutch actuator worm Flip the motor upside down Remove the side covers and ignition housing Remov...

Hi mate, I am looking forward to seeing how the conversion goes. There are a few snippets of info on the web about the chain conversion but not a great deal of photo evidence. The ST frame width will swallow most swingarms with ease, why not go with something a bit wider? I have collected some of th...

I may have one from a z1000j for sale over the next few weeks if you don't find one sooner. I believe they are interchangeable but the rear mount may need fettling. It's actually on an ST and it fits fine. If interested I will let you know if/when it becomes available.

Mark, yeah it has pods so will try that. The damp was minimal this time; drying roads, light spray from exit...

Misfire in the wet

Second time out in the rain on the ST and this time it was wet roads, few spots of rain and not the deluge it was last time. Anyway, it was enough for it to start spluttering on the way home from the Ace. It isn't like fuel starvation, plus it is fine in the dry. Any ideas? I imagine it will be coil...
