Re: Brake light failure warning switch
Hi All, Are there any viable replacement options for the brake light failure warning switch? Regards. I bought a couple of NOS KZ/Z400 ones for my A4 from the States for about £20 a few years ago, postage isn't cheap though (£15), but try finding them over here: https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/175237676...

Re: Replacing rear shocks. Tips and advice.
I've still got to fit my new Hagons on my A4 - I was advised it is possible, albeit fiddly (but so is loosening and/or removing the exhausts), to remove the shocks from the top mounts (they will flex on the rubbers) and jack up the rear wheel with a plank and wood block so the lower bolts line up w...

Re: The A4 hit 70k on the way to a HD dealer.....
Hi Andrew, I bought a Road King last year, and I bloody love riding it, it’s so easy ride. Only down side are the prices Harley charge for services, as long as you can change oils and pads etc you will save a small fortune. Hi FOZ1A, That's one on my list and good news about being easy to ride, did...

The A4 hit 70k on the way to a HD dealer.....
Well, my A4 hit 70,000 miles today (now 70,0040) on route to Newlands Corner Guildford via the local HD dealer (who was closed!) - 42,872 were put on by Phil Churchett (1983 - 2010). I bought PRE 2R from Peter Kinloch (FloydZ1) in May 17 with 67,038 on the clock. So I've put a little over 3,000 on, ...

Re: New shocks needed
Just bought a set of Hagons for my A4 - stainless bodies and upper shroud with chrome springs, built for my weight (85kg) at £286 delivered and pretty much look stock. Haven't fitted them yet though. I think the current shocks are OEM style from Z Power, not sure how long they've been on (I've had ...

Re: Z900 to Loomies Moto Cafe today
hi Andrew S - hope you enjoyed your ride out today - I did, even if it was probably at a slower pace than yourself! I should have brought the 900 instead of the 250! Maybe next time, but I'll have to clean it first so that it outgleams your one haha! IMG_9709.JPG Hi DDG, it was good to meet ...

Re: Weak spark
I managed to get power into the ignition system, The engine is turning, however all sparks are very weak. I don't want to change the ignition system for dyna etc. unless absolutely necessary, mainly because I am not well up on electrics. Any advice. Ohm readings to High and low tension coils are al...
