Don’t be put off by the fact that it’s environmentally friendly.

Re: Rust in petrol tank

I have used this a couple of times and was very happy with the results, but keep it off your paintwork. Good luck. https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Bilt-Hamber-Deox-C-Concentrated-Car-Rust-Corrosion-Remover-1kg-1L-1-Litre/323527329443?_trkparms=aid%3D111001%26algo%3DREC.SEED%26ao%3D1%26asc%3D2016090810505...

If you don’t have pictures you run the risk of admin removing your ad. You could send pictures to someone else and ask them to post them.

Re: Z1 900 Rebuild project for sale

Hmm, guess I should have read the forum rules before I posted. My mistake, as you say it's the novice in me. I honestly had no idea of a price, and I wasn't fishing, but understand a guide price would have been a better option. Bike is sold, so thanks for everyone's interest. Not aimed at you mate ...

Re: Z1 900 Rebuild project for sale

I realise that this is a first post, but it’s amazing when overpriced crap gets posted, there’s no end of people crying foul because there’s no price, now something desirable goes on, suddenly that is all forgotten. Don’t take the first offer mate, you have something of value there.

Re: Airbox wanted

Here are a few pictures, it’s 150 mm the base from front to back, the lid is missing and the rubbers are solid, if it’s any use you can have it, just cover the postage.

Re: Auxiliary fuel feed

You could just solder them up and then pass a drill bit through by hand to clean them out.

Re: Bars a1 a2

You may already be aware that Z Power do sell the bars with the holes for the wires, but they aren't genuine and don't have the strengthening piece between the clamps.Straight genuine ones are getting very hard to find.Good luck.

Very nice, there’s a lot of horses there to try and hold back with one disc.

Good solid set of Z1000 Ltd exhausts, good chrome not perfect but in good usable condition, I know these are not as popular as some systems but in good overall condition. Looking for £200 plus postage.
