Is there a member of Z1OC, that does paintwork.
My Z1, needs a new paint job. Which I have decided will be Z1 1973 scheme, but in a none standard colour scheme. Black and Red.
Or any details of paintshops that members would recommend ?

The paintwork looks to be original, but not to this bike. There is a couple of very small scratches on the left hand side just below the emblem. Side panels are ok. Tail piece has one leg broken off, right hand side from in front of the rear shock. So not mint. Maybe possible to touch in the tank. h...

PJ I was the one who mentioned it as being a scam. This bike took me 2 months of negotiations to buy. I am really tempted to do a custom paint job on this bike - myself. But I am still deliberating on what to do. Only time will tell, I have seen a Z1 with a flaming tank, side panels and tail piece. ...
