There's lots of anecdotes about valve seals and everyone has a choice. I think I will stick with selling APE, Kibblewhite and PMC. All good quality and you know what you are getting.

The diode is really only necessary if the relay coil is electronically switched but for what it costs it does no harm.

you can buy a kit off dave at saisei - has the necessary spacer for the front sprocket I have now Chris :lol: Alex, I have some kits with Talon 42T rear sprockets for Z1.
