I put mine in the ultrasonic cleaner then in the dishwasher some come up like new some not so good but always better

this is a really good read I too have the want for a CBX to go with my Z1300 have been looking now for a couple of years, but with 36 bikes I can not know about all of them, I am really pleased to be taking this CBX master class leaning lots keep it coming

What bike do you have? as a z1/900 or even a z1000 should run with out a battery, not to be advised doing it for long as long as you dont have electronic ignition the battery could be a problem made by the real fault, or you have a dead short in your battery which may well be a answer to your proble...

My advise is take to a painter who will flat it back to the base coat and re do all the lacquer coats
this is wise as there will be a reason the lacquer is lifting, so if only spots are done the rest will go the same way in time
