Assuming everything is fitted corectly ....you have changed everything apart from the exhaust ..have you tried running the bike without the exhausts fitted ,, I have known valve guides moving within the head and only noticeable when the engine has warmed up ...

Have you tried rejecting it ..drop mains to std that should give you something to go with wether it's better or worse ..

What exhaust are you using ? What carbs ? Jet sizes ?

Check advancer behind points plate make sure the bob weights move free

I am looking for a pair of cam sprockets in very good condition if any one has some they are willing to sell ,, cash waiting

If you look under the exhaust ports you will notice pry points a round raised area on barrels and a flat under the exhaust port.

If you mean the counter shaft that the clutch basket fits on then The crankcases have to be split I'm afraid but you can leave head and barrels on just remove all outer covers and inner trans mission cover ..
