Brian,
I have some zrx shocks that i have been saving for a project, not sure where they are but I know they are longer than my std z1000 ones.

I'll try and find them over the weekend and give you some dimensions.

Gary,
I think these pmc ones replace the originals which is why you have to drill and weld the frame.
They dont fit over the existing ones.

front disks 4-bolt mounting for zed

Pair of 4-bolt front disks wanted.

Or a single plain undrilled one will do. for my z1000 so 650/900/1000 4-bolts will do.

What have you got?

Any help appreciated. (As eventually will probably go the ebc floating disk root but just need something for my project bike)

Looks like a good plan.

In case your interested HARRIS are flogging off some clearance OHLINS springs for USD gsxr forks that might fit yours.

Also if you have a Dresda up for grabs MCZ900 was looking for something like that for his moriwaki project.

Cheers

1015 Ok I am convinced! I could always see the advantage on blown and race motors just not for the road.

But your argument has convinced me!

Now then where's my drill and sparkplug tap!!

8-plug

I think Mistral did but its not exclusive, Jim wells race motors had 8 plugs, P+M Did some and numerous drag racers. It was a fairly common way of getting a good spark, my question would be it it really useful and noticeable, unless you run AVGAS, RACE fuel or similiar. Surely these days with crap f...

I could bring the glitter Harris if you want to add some 70's glamour  Its not immaculate (or actually running yet) but would give me an excuse to get my finger out and would be one not seen before! Actually it would fit in well with you lot formation dancing if you bring platform shoes and fl...
