Have been looking around for a while for some air corrector jets that i can adapt to fit without much success. Closest i have found are from Allens Performance Mikuni: They have 0.60mm in-stock but they are M4 thread which is too small to fit the air passage which is 5mm (from memory). I am assuming...

Re: My Ultimate Zed
Need to list the spec of your engine but 130 mains sounds too big if you are using 26mm or 28mm VM's. Thanks for replying zed1015. Agree 130's are probably too big. Engine spec: 1105 Wiseco at 10.3:1 GPZ unitrac cams at 107 timing on both GPZ unitrac inlet (36mm) and ex (32mm) valves Shims under bu...

Are you fitting individual air filters or will the oil cooler lines go between the airbox rubbers ?
Pod filters. Currently battling with setting up the carbs esp. just off idle transition from pilot to needle.

Re: My Ultimate Zed
Eccentric adjusters are a good solution I guess you could also bolt an extension stop (plate) to the one already fitted to the frame. Yes GB, it was considered and i did this on my ZRX fitting a ZX12R front end. It always looked a bit like an "after-thought" but was hidden well by the fai...

Re: My Ultimate Zed

Although the overall quality was good there were other issues that had me really not happy at the time. But time is always an excellent cure for most thin...
