Re: STAFFORD 2018

I'll be there by midday (traffic permitting), but that's mainly to bag a decent parking place for the weekend. I normally leave my van at the show ground all weekend, guaranteeing a decent loading position for the Sunday afternoon 'bun fight'.

All packed! :sou 20181011_142700.jpg 20181011_142641.jpg 20181011_142646.jpg Boyz, anyone showing a bike is more than welcome to assist in building/setting up the club stand, generally most 'muck in'. There's nothing more saddening than seeing someone that want's to wheel their bike on to the stand ...

Easiest way forward is to buy a 'Tail tidy'.
Hobbo on here regularly produces batches. Might be worth a PM to him.

Re: STAFFORD 2018

Steve, Your vehicle pass should get you into the area behind the halls. It'll be a bit of a 'bun fight', but you should find somewhere to unload your bike. Probably best to walk into the halls and find us before you unload, somebody will be able to help you if you need it. You can call me on 07710 1...

Unitrak head will have a boss on the rear by No.1 inlet for a temp sensor.

Big Sert's may help, but will depend if the hole is doweled or not. Buying direct from the US worked out cheaper for me.

Snapped bolts could be spark eroded by a good auto engineer.

Great project!

Dave, you can PM Jerry, his username is Jerry, but it has been known for him to take a while to respond.
You'll also have to join the club to access the free shim swap scheme.

Re: 11th South West Rally

Well, it was great to see (and have a beer) with some of the old regular Zed heads. Pleasantly surprised the 'Widow Shaker' did as well as it did. Great thanks to Ralph and Marion for putting in the effort to pull it all together & hopefully that'll be the last time we endure the 'moany old feck...

Re: 11th South West Rally

Well Ralphy, Good to talk earlier. Earlier in the week it looked as if you'd really pissed off the 'weather gods', but now it looks like you've pulled it back, with the weather being dry & not too hot. :up I'll be there Friday afternoon, in a van, but with the 'Widow Shaker', ready to do the bus...
