looking great. the seat looks a little tight on rear of petrol tank - so watch it does not mark the tank paint. might be worth seeing if you have any adjustment on the seat hinges or tank rubbers to get a bit of the pressure off. you can get the silencer and clamp as a new repro item easy enough
so you just need headers and collector box.

Similar consistency to WD-40 but seems to work better/ last longer.

Will burn out of the pipes without oily residue when you run her up properly in the spring

avoid running it up too often over winter unless actually going for a ride. if you do run it try and get the silencers hot enough to encourage vapour to evaporate. ensure the small drain holes underneath are unblocked and at lowest point for drainage (ie. not on side stand). squirting some acf in dr...

Steve, Great work. I rebuilt one of those (but from USA). I personally prefer them with the early grab rail and frame mounted rear indicators - but I know some of the Bs had later parts fitted. I would revisit the alignment of your saddle if I were you. There seems to be a little kinking of the seat...

First water cooled four stoke bike that I have worked on - so that was an eye opener after older Zeds.
