Re: KZ900 the beginning
Your bikes looking great, I’m glad you pictured the tyre sticker I wasn’t sure what size to get. My rear wheel has got two tyre clamps, I was going to leave them out and blank the holes, does yours have any clamps? Do I need them?
Thanks
Nick

Re: KZ900 the beginning
Hi deka, your bike is coming along nicely, I’m a bit behind you.
I haven’t had any Chromeplating done yet, or wheels, or painting, it’s a long job but getting there I have had it running though, sounds amazing with no exhausts on.

Thanks
Nick.

1976 kz or z900 frame parts
I’m looking for a rear near side indicator bracket, mine is bent and because it’s double skin I’m having trouble straightening it.I was hoping someone had a scrap frame they could cut one off.
Please pm me if you have

I have removed the suspension and have a bare frame so I don’t know the exact position for the bracket. Could anyone tell me the angle it should be? T...

Re: KZ900 the beginning
Sorry to keep on to you mate but I need more advice, I’m about to put the side stand bracket on but I’m not sure how critical the angle is, any ideas?
Thanks

Re: KZ900 the beginning
Thanks mate, that’s all I needed. I didn’t want to put them too low so they hit the exhaust pipe when folded down.
Thanks again

Re: KZ900 the beginning
Hi again, hope the build is going ok. I am now going down the standard bike route, I noticed you welded on lugs for the passenger foot pegs, could you tell me the position of these? I don’t want to put them in the wrong place.
Thanks
Nick.
Thanks

Passengers foot pegs
Hi all, I’m restoring a kz900c 1976, I have to weld on lugs to fit passenger foot pegs. Can anyone give me some measurements so I can fit them in the correct position?
Thanks
Nick
