Iv'e used this also on lightly stressed areas with success - believe it or not I also repaired a alloy car cylinder head in the gasket fire wall sealing area it lasted 2 years !

Secret is to clean off all oil residues - carburetor cleaner is good for this

To get rid of the carbon on the head soak it in nitromores paint stipper for several days, it will soften it so you can then easily remove it. Also works on oil discolouration in crank cases etc. ( just keep away from rubber bits such as camchain idlers

reynolds 531 tubing is used by cycle frame builders - it can be weakend by overheating it OR USING INCORREDT METHODS - try finding a cycle frame builder in your area - thye should be able to braze them on without affecting frame integrity

Take a look at B & Q barbeque paint ( seriously it sticks like Sh1T and does not burn off

I have used it with no problems

you need to know if it is a fuelling or electrical issue - When it will not start remove one of plug leads and put in a spark plug and rest metal body on cylinder head crank engine and look for spark - if sparks look for fuel issue if no spark - remove tank and check all conections at coils / could ...

you need to wash out in a solvent of some type - blow with air line from inside to outside until dry - then re- oil using K & N filter oil
