GARN1 deffo POR15 as cofirmed by previous owner who was also surprised as he has used it many times. POR have advised using their strip gel then marine clean amd then metal prep so I will be re applying POR15 as its generally accepted as being the best stuff. Poor prep I reckon by previous owner. Tried Frost at first point of call but no joy, told 'they just sell the stuff' so no help.
I think maring clean is a detergent though.
