Many thanks for the replies. Doesn't look like IMD do gpz, but liners could be the way to go if barrels don't come my way! the bracket (above) is a z900 rhs item, the battery goes in from the side, with the side panel removed, then the bracket bolts on and is also a side panel mount. try cmsnl.com for diagrams of your 1000 battery box.
