Having trouble finding someone who knows how to mount the HSR42 I've bought to a Rajay F40 turbo unit. The turbo unit resembles the Z1 head but the carb just has a 42mm OD round flange. Sorry about leaving the Susook bits in there..... It's the same for the Kawasaki models anyway

White - Ignition (switched), connect to Brown on Kawasaki
Blue - Earth, connect to Black/Yellow on Kawasaki
Yellow - 1&4 coil input
Purple - 2&3 coil input
