bore vs stroke capacity
z900 is 66x66 bore and stroke. to calculate cc Bore area is therefore 6.6 x 6.6 x 3.14159 / 4 = 34.20 square cm. Volume of 1 cylinder is bore area times stroke = 34.2 x 6.6 = 225.7cc As there are 4 cylinders in the engine the total engine volume is 225.7 x 4 = 903 cc Therefore 75mm is 7.5 x7.5 x3.14...

forks
Not sure about swapping stanchions and bottoms ~(probably ok but never done it) My 650 runs ex z900 forks and you can put 650 yokes in 9's and 1000's to make them stear quicker so the forks are a straight swap over.

(Not that I ever did bounce very well) Its a shame you wont be out at Cadwell, those pics of Nick at the classic bike parade wheelying over the mountain are some of...

engine mounts
That has got to be wrong as any gap there would be not good, but my 650 a B does not have short bolts like yours. All the ones I have seen have bolts that go all the way through from side to side. have a look at te kawsaki exploded diags to find out what you should have for your model. https://www.k...

Chris what discs are you using on the wheels and have you had to offset them with spacers?
Z-power do floating discs are they the same as you are using, as I want to get some of mine.

Hi mate , having had a couple of harris's I have never seen an additional but above the bearing adjuster. If you need to verify though ring Harris and ask to speak to Lester Harris he has always been most helpful whn I have picked his brains I think he loves talking about the early stuff. Cheers Phil

As I want to put a more discreet arm in a standard looking A1. ...
