I seem to remember something about big cams an standard buckets and it may be that the hard coating on the buckets is not compatible with the coating on the cams. I would go with what Phil joy says.

Stage 3 may be ok for drag racing but I think you will find them unsuitable for daily use anyway.

Definitely not a harris exhaust it was fitted to a harris I am just trying to get hold of an exhaust the same for another project.

If my memory serves me right the early RSV swingers were the ones with the cracking problem, pre 1992. There are a few 1992 and above 1000R swinging arms kicking about as there were loads of warranty claims on them when they got dented by the can when the bike fell on its side. Talk to Dave at z-power and explain the problem, they are pretty reasonable there and if they wont refund you they may give you a credit note instead.

JMC Are defo off my list after it took me 6months to get my bearings from them plus 20 or so phone calls.

Dont go shorter on the shocks unless you drop you're forks the same amount as it will affect the handling.
