The right hand one looks like the original and they had no reflector, it had moved to the mudguard. They were a bloody horrible light compared with the elegant Z1 unit though...

23007-013 is listed for ALL the H1s right through to the KH500 also the Avenger and Samurai and W1 and W2, no H2s. I'd have sworn the later H1s had a bigger light but there you go.. My Avenger is a Uk bike the headlight lens says Stanley 6.0134 which appears to be listed for some Hodnas as well.

It is a UK bike then if it was first registered in the UK in 1977. Blue was what Kawasaki called the greeny blue or bluey green they came in the other option was red - which was red. Engine number is reasonably consistent with the frame number these were quite far apart on the late A1s and A2s.

I'm not sure the frame number can tell you if it's a US bike or not, it's certainly one of the later A1s, the A2s started at 27501. If you have the documents it should say when it was first registered in the UK if it's '77 or '78 (or even '79 at a stretch) it's UK. Mine's a 24xxx and t didn't leave ...

Zed power (and possiby others) can supply a Japanese chrome four into two with crossover front pipes that looks like two Kerkers, I've seen it on Zed Power's stand one one of Dave's projects, and I think the Ferrys may have one possibly on Kath's Z1000. It looks pretty good.
