If I can bump this back up, Warren looked at his clusters and they are different (different number of teeth) so I'm still on the hunt. Hi Andy you need a gap of approx. 0,7 mm on the cylinder head side between the slide and the carb throath bottom. The footrests are correct, someone has added or welded a metal bracket on. Same for Z650
