We were not aware that Iain was not holding wolfpack rally at Crail . The decision was made as the site at Crail was a bit basic with no provision for running water or showers etc . After our wee runs to GlenUig last year it was decided to go back for a full rally as the place is brilliant . Sorry I...

The dates for this years Scottish rally are 8th , 9th , and 10th of August . We have booked the accomodation at Glenuig for the nights 8th and 9th . There are 5 en-suite rooms and a bunk house with 8 beds . My idea if it works is to get girls in one room and squeeze the guys into the rest of the acc...

When you are building an engine which has had tuning work done to it it is a good idea to do as much work as you can afford to make the engine stay together . Welding the crank up is one of those jobs that makes you a little bit happier when you are screaming the engine through the gears . fer

Got my crank done by Cris Appelbee with no problems . These jobs are better left to people who know what they are doing , so easy to fuck things up .

Take the haynes manual and burn it . Get the proper Kawasaki manual and you will have no more problems .

A3 was the 79 bike and came in Luminous Navy Blue or Luminous Dark Red . Frame no KZT00A-038427 onwards . A4 was 80 bike and came in Luminous Ruby Red or Luminous Navy Blue . Frame no KZTOOA-043001 onwards . Only major change was the colour .

Only problem I can see is the spacer between the bearings would have to be the exact size needed to avoid side loading the bearings when it is bolted up , same idea as wheel bearings .

Green 3ohm coils are needed and I use Taylor or Dyna leads with no problems . Make sure the coils don't touch the frame brackets and that spacers are the same length at each end and they shouldn't crack .

Fit it like you would a normal oil seal . Wipe a bit of oil round the outside and press into hole . Glass to the outside !!!!!!
