I've never resprayed an engine before, but if the black paint sticks to the engine casings like it did to my finger nails I'll be happy! Blue-tac is an attempt to protect threads and oil ways. Fingers crossed!

Another question! My first engine strip down has gone fairly easily, but I've found (or at least I think I've found) a bolt that has been sheared off. I've tried an easyout but it's not moving.
