Hi
Was thinking about fitting tubes into my newly re furbed Lester Mags on z1000A2 , Question the rear wheel is drilled to accommodate the stock wheel tyre holders , with fitting a tube , is it ok to not use them and rim tape the centre of the rim ?

Think i have found the culprit , o ring on a drain screw breaking up , and where i filed opening in tank for pingel , i did slosh the tank out , but still can see , small powdery metal when draining carbs

Well the stock tap was ok , but i changed to a single pipe pingel , as the trader said would flow easy enough , Guess what it didnt fuel starvation about 50mph

Do not touch Ashford Plating , Cost you an arm and a leg , all they do is prep work and send it off , they tried making out they were london chroming a couple of years back , just set up a website . Cheaper to by new then them . Go London Chroming , old kent Road , or there is a place in Ramsgate if...

I have found some earlier A2 Carbs Zedhead , i have some nos kawasaki 16009-074 needles , (rocking horse poo) A1 , would these be better than stock A2 items ?
