I’m pretty sure Harrison don’t make a Zed floater - EBC made some custom offset discs for me a few years ago and they were very good to deal with.

Doesn’t change the point that if the carbs came off bike that ran well ultrasonically cleaning the carb bodies wouldn’t mean you needed to throw out all the jets and needles.

If it’s running ok you don’t... if you’ve never had the carbs on a running engine and you’re going to refurb them you might as well replace anything you can unless you’re trying to save money.

What’s in the carbs at the moment? With a standard setup the first place to start is with the stock jets and needle settings, then checking float levels and balance. If all that’s where it should be and it’s still off then as has been said there are other areas to check. Including not having a layer...
