Ruddy I'm just fitting one to my J. Waiting to get it back from powder coaters next week and I'll post some pics of what I'm planning to do to fit it. You can buy bronze bushings off the shelf to act like a spacer. I'm planning using these and changing the bearing for correct ID version, although c...

ZRX Swingarm

Gents, what mods does it take to fit a ZRX swingarm into a later Z, an 1100R for example :??

Is it nuts and bolts or is cutting involved ?
How does it effect chain offset ?

On a similar theme what is the easiest USD forks to fit ?

Just asking like......

Cheers

It's still fkin cold !

Got the 1100 out of the conservatory as the sun was shining, decided to have a run to Keswick and back home over Whinlatter Pass, jeans and adidas trainers were the wrong choice when there's still snow on the fells. Bumped into a troop of plod as well  http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h254/R...

Scottish MCN Show

Had a run up today, took the Mrs to carry the bag and pour my coffee, met some Z1OC celebrities, bought a t-shirt and got some chips on the way home. Took some really crap photos but managed not to bring home any of that dodgy money. That's how I roll :D http://i66.photobucket.com/albums/h254/RSESCO...

They are great dogs Pigford, Charlie was our third, had them for 25 years, sadly he passed away in August, got our name down with one of the top breeders for a pup from a future litter.

Cheers Taffus, about 3-4 hours from Rotterdam then, I've done a car show at Dinslaken for the last three years.

I'd love to do a trip on the 1100R, will see how my health goes.

Cheers, Paul

Never really finished off this thread with decent photos of the bike completed although there have been photos of it in other posts, these photos were a few months ago, correct UK side panel badges since fitted. I put ZRX length YSS on my 1000R as I always think the arse looks low on these bikes anyway, YSS are a well built item but I haven't done many miles at all on the bike since completion, they are half the price of top line Ohlins. I got some great info from Zedhead for Ohlins options for my 1100R, an...
