It has a label on it which says Z1100* and 1984.
I thought the UK/ EUR J had a single horn but not too sure.
I only have one of the horns which go with this so none the wiser.
US J1 has twin horns and this bracket shows for that model.!
This was with all the stuff that came with the bike so again been sat in a box for 20 years!
£5 plus post / insurance at buyers cost.
