Malc that bike was up for sale on eBay last year, did you change your mind, I know it's hard to let go after owning for so long, I made the decision to let my z1 go earlier this year after a long ownership but not as long as you've had yours but I still don't know if I made the right decision

I don't believe A4 prices have reached twenty grand though that's Z1 money

It's still listed on their Website Paul.

Near the bottom on their Bikes Stocklist... http://www.classicbikes.co.uk/

It may well be it's not worth that
A4s are nowhere near Z1 money no matter how good or who's selling them

Maybe not to you Paul, but clearly this guy thought an A4 was worth £20K, and it seems lots of other people think the same otherwise this Classic Bike place wouldn't be in business....

Seen a mint A4 yesterday every bit as good as the one in this thread
It was mint sold for ten thousand euros
now that was reasonable
If People want to over pay that's their problem there are always people willing to fleece them

Chris
Yes I did put the bike on ebay before Xmas, but decided to take it off due to the reasons you say.
But I think this time I am going to have to let it go. :sad

Isn't it supposed to be listed with a price?

A Very,Very sad and emotional day today, to see my beloved Z900 after owning it for 39 years being ridden away with it's new owner  .
But I am glad to say that it has gone to a Z1 Owners club member Chris Martin who will look after it like I have for so many years.
Chris is a very nice and genuine chap and it was a pleasure to speak and do business with him.
Chris, Look after her, ride safe and keep in touch.
A very sad and emotional ex owner. :(
