Empty Van from Aberdeen to France

#1 PostAuthor: LeeJackson » Tue Aug 15, 2017 8:19 pm

Hi Guys, not really for sale, but if all goes to plan.... I'll be heading from Aberdeen to near Paris via Dover - Calais ferry this Sunday with an empty LWB van. Seems like a real waste, so thought I'd see if anyone needed anything moved that's on route. I won't have a huge amount of spare time, so can't divert too much, but here is the planned routes (actually can take any of them if it helps someone out.)

Let me know if anyone needs to move anything north to south or even to France and can see if it's possible.

Thanks
Lee

Lee, I'd avoid the M6/M5 route. South of Manchester there's feckin miles of roadworks, then when you get on to the M5 they've shut one side of the 'elevated' section.

Lee, let me know if you decide to come down the A1/M1 route. I can possibly arrange to meet up en route to hand over the shiny billet brake calipers I have in my possession :D
