Cheers Mike. Must admit it's easily the quietest Triple I've owed.

A stunning bike, but it must be ridden and then polished if need be and not just polished.

Ride all my Bikes Andrew, (done several hundred miles on the A4 in the last month). But I do get a little tired sometime's of the 'usual' comments of "Very Nice - but I RIDE my bikes". and the oh-so-original "So Where's the Van then?"...

We all know the time and effort it takes to get these bikes looking good, and then keep them looking good if you do 'actually' ride them, but the two aren't totally incompatible. :D

Garry, my reply was to Simonic’s post and maybe I should have quoted it - I know you ride your bikes and keep them spotless, as I try to do.

Cheers

Yes Garry and I had a nice 140 mile round trip the other week, great ride out, I was on my latest project, which is also nice and clean and I got a similar comment from the Middlewich show two weeks ago, and yes I do clean mine, if only to get all Garry's two stroke oil off

  Yes, a mate has just bought a RG500 (Randy Mamola Cagiva tribute) which has just had an engine rebuild, he's running a 30% two stroke oil mixture and, whilst my Z900 is having a front wheel rebuild, I followed him to Loomies on my FirePlace - the FirePlace got covered in the stuff and and so did I, it looked like I was following a feeking forest fire!! :eek

He followed me on the way back!!
