It's the wrong colour for a UK Z1000R

If it were a genuine "9 miles" then it might be worth it !
There are clear wear signs on the forks and various other parts to suggest it might have done a few more than that?

EDIT: just seen the clock has 904 miles on it. Still looks like a lot of wear on the forks for so few miles.
