Z1000 For sale.
UK registered 1980 bike on a V plate, this bike started life as a Limited. I bought the bike partly built about 4 years ago, what started off as a quick assembly job has dragged on and the original budget disappeared long ago. There is a very long list of work carried out and parts. The frame has been powder coated, bodywork has all been professionally resprayed fully serviced and ready to go. Registered as historic vehicle so tax and MOT exempt. More photos available if required. Difficult to price I know that what you spend doesn’t necessarily add to the value but a very clean and tidy bike and a good way into Z ownership. I am hoping to get £4500. I know everyone says this but I am not desperate to sell but thought I would offer it on here first, I have had a fair bit of help from people on here and thought I would give you guys first refusal. Good comments and bad are welcome, just go easy. The bike is in Exmouth Devon and viewing is welcome. Thanks. Sean.

On this one rear wheel and mudguard, front mudguard, seat and grabrail, headlight ears, handlebars, front master cylinder, rear caliper, tank, exhaust, possibly some other bits, but it looks bloody nice any way, my own ltd is further away from stock.RussG wrote:What’s changed to convert from an ltd?
Re: Z1000 For sale.
I’ve ignored them because I thought the frame was different but sounds like they’re a definite option then?

Frame rear footrest and exhaust hangers are different to the A series thous, the Ltd's are more akin to the earlier 900 models, it's all academic unless your a total rivet counter.

You need the Ltd with a tail piece , even though I have seen the one without converted successfully .
