GPZ + Z1000 bits

#1 PostAuthor: saab9002 » Tue Aug 16, 2022 4:08 pm

Good afternoon All,
Long time ,no speak, I haven't had a Zed of any kind for a few years now and unlikely to afford one now.
I've dug out what remnants of Zed bits I have found, most of it I couldn't even identify but to my knowledge there is
GPZ1100 headlamp bracket, Front calipers, starter motor, electrical bits, cables, odds and sods, not pristine and a support bar that bolts under/into
the frame at the rear so you can work on the back end with the wheel and S/Arm out.
Everything is in a box of approx 600mm x 400mm x 500mm high.
The price is, you collect the box of bits gladly and I hope you get something you need or can pass on and I won't ask you
for any cash, fair enough. If it doesn't go in the next 2 weeks it will be binned.
I live between Winchester and Southampton and my number is 07811698505
Regards Chris

Hi Chris.

I live in Chandler's Ford. I could collect the bits if you like.

In the fullness of time (a few weeks hopefully) I can catalogue/photo the parts and put them up here for others to view.

Perhaps a nominal donation to club funds from the acquirers and postage costs.

If you're happy with this let me know and I'll call.

Hope all is well with you Chris, it has been a while. I was going to offer to collect items and put itmes up on here for sale - money to go to charity or Z1OC coffers - But Steve beat me to it. Take care Adrian

Hi Adrian,
I was going to contact you but felt it was a bit far to come on a chance you might find something you wanted, never mind it seems that Steve is literally
on my doorstep. I've got back into 2 strokes, just finished a T350r and moved it on, got my Bantam up and running and just started on a RD400 in bits
but with lots of lovely extras all brand new to build into it.
Hope everything is oOK with you and might see you at Stafford in October.
regards Chris

Pleased Steve is helping out. It wouldn’t have been too far for me as I often up your way. My daughter lives at Rownhams and my son lives at Chilworth.

I will be going on the Friday around 10am. I will see if Mark, (Pigford) can make it, but I doubt it as he has just started a new job in Fareham ?
