ive got that engine under paul turner on kawasaki z1r owners FB and its 2500 ono on there paul

Don’t think it is expensive how often do you see a complete running engine for sale there have been just complete heads on evil bay for a £1000 starter motor up to £300 set of bare cases £450 crank unknown condition £200 so actually think price is reasonable or I could just break for spares but that would be a waste for someone who wants an engine they can put straight in.

Unfortunately with the actual cost of the engine, shipping and import Vat and duty it would put it far out of my reach, I might be heading over to the UK in late October and if it still is up for grabs ill shoot you another line.

Just bad timing but 6 months ago I'd have bought this.
Price is right if its a good running engine with no issues.
How often do these show up for sale - almost never.
Price depends on condition and if its an old dog with issues or just some recently assembled pile of old spares then this would make a big difference !
Some questions answered might help !
When did it last run / was used ?
How many miles has it done ?
Is it a "main cases / barrels and head UNOPENED" motor since the factory ?
Has it had a recent rebuild / who did it ?
Any answers will help but as I say, 6 months back I'd have bought it myself .
