I bought 3 of these from American Classixs 5 years ago at great expense ,I've had 1 in my fuel tap since ,never leaked, I put red rubber grease on it every year ,its is a repro off the original , only selling1 , £98 posted

Hi.
My 71 S2 has almost the same original tap seal set up. I fitted a NOS seal at great cost during the restoration but modern fuel shrank it at the first opportunity. Shame they weren't made from Vitron/NBR back then. Now have a later Kawasaki type tap fitted with plastic taper fitted that's reliable.
