Item 17 is not a true picture within the parameters of display.
You have either not completed the link correctly or have subsequently deleted the item you linked to or in this case have linked to an item or image which is too small to be displayed
120px X 120px 3,006 bytes.
Looks like and avatar sized picture.
Go to the first post and where it says 'edit' in the top right corner open youre original construction and delete away item number 17. (the picture with the file extension *******17. It will be the fourth one down the list.
Alternatively place another picture of the correct size in the space currently occupied by item number 17 in photobucket and that will then show up in the space on the first post..
I think that if photobucket remove a picture on grounds of taste or decency then the advice box will be in red.
Careful here because they have a policy about repeat offenders!!
