I agree, It's had more views in a few hours than most get in a week! apart from the childish "dissing" of someones bike and a little bad language...I think the Moderators need to keep an eye on the members that caused the bad language in the first place.. I seem to remember that there is an advisory about taking the P*ss out of new members....

Sad state of affairs but then what sane persons first post on a Z1 site is a H****, no post in "New here". Troll maybe?

"Big John" it doesn't exactly send out a good message for people to join either the Site or the Club...it amazes me bearing in mind that a lot of the people on here are old enough to know better...No one even gave the bloke a chance to say what else he had..it's making me think twice whether to renew my subs...

Not Impressed.

There is nothing to be said thats not been said before about moderation on here...The language from the newbie is not really acceptable though is it?..There are smarter ways to be victorious in a war of words rather than using very crude language.
The thread should run its course in the back yard.

Don't agree with slagging off peoples choice of bike or the swearing but it's common decency to introduce yourself to a forum as your first post. Seems to me that this is a Troll. After all I wouldn't go on another motorcycle manufacturers enthusiasts site and extol the virtues of a mediocre Kawasaki model as a first post and not expect to get slagged off.
Also I didn't renew my subs, maybe you can guess why.

I assure you guy's............I'm not a troll. I do in fact have a '75 Z1 that I'm in the (slow) process of making into a good handling bike that going to look SPECTACULAR.
And, aw, gee, I didn't realize that a formal introduction was needed here. But then, you Brits are very proper!
So, that's my story and I'm sticking with it.

The poor thing is in a million pieces spread all over my workroom right now. I'm busy having studs made for laying the (eventual Ohlins) shocks down, fitted up a ZRX 1200 swinger, ZRX 1100 forks and triples, ZX14 wheels, and more as I go.
