Got a phone call last Friday...................

#1 PostAuthor: Is Vic There » Thu May 05, 2016 4:50 am

...............to ask if I wanted a couple of bike!

Obviously said yes thinking I'd be able to get some bits off them or even sell some parts from them :D

Quite chuffed with what I've been given, in the end I had to force the bloke to accept $100 per machine!

Obviously you know that one's an FZ750, the other is a YL1, 100cc twin. Going to do the FZ get up and running and flog it, the YL1 is going to be restored and I'm looking forward to starting it!

He's one of my customers and we talk bikes all the time, I use to send him pictures of the resto's on the GPz, RGV and RG and he liked what I'd done so he gave me these.

While the wife is in the UK I've turned the kids TV room into my room by painting and putting some modern are in to it! :D

The restored RGV and RG now on display!

I'm a Barry Sheene fan so those colours need to be celebrated.
