I owned an 883 sportster and really enjoyed.It was a great bike for plonking around on and I liked the black engine and orange bodywork.
I have owned lots of vintage bikes and viewed in that context these bikes are a lot of fun.
Personally I don't subscribe to the Harley lifestyle thing,each to their own but what I will say is these bikes are very popular and when I came to sell I had buyers beating the door down! Enjoy.
