Very nice Keith the smaller bikes can be more fun when you get in tight country roads, and it does have a Z1R look to it, nice little purchase :D

Thats quite a find , a fairly rare model even over here . Don't listen to the MZ mockery they really are good bikes albeit with original styling ! I can see some parts on yours that have been directly lifted from my Etz . If it worked they used it again and again .
In fact with all that 1 cylinder torque its just waiting for a sidecar to be bolted on !

Poor things not got a lot of room in that cramped garage with all those Z1R's.....

More than happy to do you a favour and help you free up some space by sending one over my way. :D

Smaller capacity bikes take more skill to ride fast.

As someone who ran a trackday event for the Blackbird OC, I can honestly say that any moron can ride a big bike quickly, but very few can ride one fast.

A well ridden smaller capacity bike can run rings around most large capacity bikes ridden by those with limited skills.
