I'll try to dig out a photo of my chum Dave's hillclimb ZRX11. It chucks out a true 147bhp at the rear wheel. He held a number of course records on it and probably still does. He's entered the odd open-class circuit race on it, normally coming in the top ten against R1s, Fireblades etc... :)

I can see a considerable amount of very nice bits there Ultim8pc , but if you were to take them all away then it's just a standard ZRX12

Any bike will pretty much end up standard if you take all the non-standard bits off...
I did have an other Rex with a PDQ tuned 158HP/90ft/lb tuned engine and Yoshi FCR/MJN carbs. I turned it back to standard trim and sold it, some of the bits went onto my Rex (swingarm, front calipers and master cylinders). To be honest it was bit of an animal, not that well put together and lacking attention to detail and cleanliness that I want.
I'll see if I can dig out some photos.
I do still have another tuned engine on the bench which I'm hoping to put into another Rex at some point.

Its a neat looking bike, but that exhaust (like most ZRX exhausts) looks waaaay too long for my taste. Lop a couple of feet off it and it would be OK :)

...just sayin', no offence intended :)

No offence taken!
I'm very happy with my super rare Over Racing Ti system. Never seen one on another Rex and never seen a photo of one on another Rex.

Cheers Sir.
If I can do my Sanctuary style Z1000 build half as good I will be very happy...
