Nice clean H1 that Warren! Yes it is that! I must admit I did want to change mine out too but since it doesn’t get much use I left it for now..

Lovely looking bikes aren't they. The first of the true race reps with decent performance in every area. Full 3 years before the earliest blade.

here is my ZXR from 1992 while touring in Europe, it can be done (when much younger!) but the rear suspension nearly stopped me walking.

Well, I've painted all the fence panels & I'm half way through cleaning the soffits, facias & gutters. Once I've done that my other outstanding house jobs involve large quantities of cash, which being self employed & out of work, I don't have.
Our local council, in their inifinate wisdom, have stopped collecting our green bins altogether, (garden rubbish) so need to keep any gardening work to a minimum. They seem to think we can just dump it in the garden until this corona virus thing is all over !! Unbelieveable !!
So, might have to take the bike out for an airing. A tank of petrol is much chealer than doing our en-suite !! :D

I had a zxr750 H1 when they first came out, from Keith Parnell near Falmouth, with its race looks and handling. Felt like a rocket to me at the time with 105bhp. It was a bit heavy on the wallet, 3k before needing yet another rear tyre

Hankered after the later single seat K version but couldn't stretch the finances. Finally got one 7yrs ago, as an ex track bike, which started me on restoration projects:
