Frame number on the AMC is AS-100004.

That is the stamped number on the headstock that you can see in the photo of the frame plate, and there are no other numbers?

I still think AMC would commission frames from Martin and then sell them as a complete bike (stamping in their own numbers), but then there's an easy way to find out; Georges Martin does reply to enquiries, but they must be in French and don't be in a rush for a response.

No other numbers, which matches the V5. I will send an email to Georges Martin, and see what he can tell me about the AMC - Moto Martin Frames ?
My french is not too bad, spent 1-2 years building fitness clubs in france.
