Peak district tour

#1 PostAuthor: zapo » Sun Aug 11, 2024 4:28 pm

Today I had a great day out following my personal peak district tour guide, BillP, on his beautiful triumph.
The sun was shining, the roads not too busy and with Bill's straight through pipes we never got pulled out on once :)

Great picture. Tuesday was a great day for biking - almost like Summer! I was out and about too - finally got my carb setting right having had them off the bike. The fuel screw (sometimes referred to as pilot screw) needs to be 1 1/4 turns from fully seated and it now runs perfect. Might take her out again today - just to be sure!

Met up with billP again today, at Monyash this time, both clutching at the last few days of summer weather.....well, dry weather at least.
Bill on his super clean z650c this time.
