Lucky to have some decent weather to ride the Zeds yesterday, I cant remember the last time I had a November ride on a Zed.

A very nice pair and you're right about the weather - compared to last November it was freezing.

Z1 on the left is my mates bike an original unrestored 72 bike in lovely as run condition no bull no hurts your eyes polished to show standard perfection just good honest bike that shows its been around for 46 years, as soon as we get some decent weather this spring two Z1s will be three, out together on regular jaunts, we should have Zince back out with us, providing we can persuade him to leave his new RS at home and bring the Z1 out.

Thats a great photo Andrew , rare site on the roads and will be even rarer when the Spring arrives and there will be at least three early Z1's out in the Norfolk countryside together !! We will have to get organised and do a trip to Reefham station , Old Buckenham and a few other popular local bike meet venues , hopefully a few others from the whatsap group will join in too .

Snowyz9 , my RS is on order and arrives in the Spring . I have not test ridden one yet, but reviews are very good so I am hoping it will prove to be a modern version of the Z1's ive owned and loved , hopefully the breaks will be better though !!... I will shortly be joining the Z900rs forum and look forward to doing a few mods ...any suggestions from anyone most welcome ?

i had a year off bikes due to health reasons in 2018 and missed a great summer of riding . I hope to make up for in 2019 and look forward to participating and joining you all in a few local meets .
